As the business behind Yumbev continues to take form, I am reminded that the "idea" behind the business, or the reason it is profoundly exciting, is probably the most important thing to consider. I know the concept can work, but even great execution is pointless if you, your team and the consumers are not excited about the product. This was hammered home with a recently post by Fred Wilson.
